[HACKYSTAT-DEV-L:391] 6.3 Stable Release Countdown (T minus 0)

I am going to make the 6.3 stable release today. Please do not commit any 
non-critical changes, and if you do commit a change, please let me know.

I'm rescheduling the enhanced docbook-based documentation for 6.4.  I still 
have 4 more sensors to document, and significant documentation holes keep 
appearing (I spent all day yesterday documenting the difference between 
"single user" sensors and "multi user" sensors and the usermaps.xml file, 
for example.)  Since the whole purpose of this task is to provide high 
quality documentation, there's no sense in rushing it and doing a junk job.

The rest of the system seems plenty stable enough for a stable release. At 
least by our standards. :-)
