Hello Philip, I am very sorry, I should not have implemented the OpenIssues chart until I had committed the latest version of the IssueReducer.
I also did not update the documentation for the new parameters. I just committed the newest version of the telemetry.issue.xml file. Previously: < (2) mode: 'NumIssuesEqual', 'NumIssuesGreater', 'RateClosureEqual', or < 'RateClosureGreater'. Default: 'NumIssuesEqual'. Currently: > (2) mode: 'numIssues', 'rateClosure'. I also would fix the OpenIssues chart but I don't have the administrator key on me at the moment. Thank you very much.
