Interesting links. Note that the Robert Martin article proposes measures of dependency and makes a bunch of claims about their utility without any attempt at validation. This is far too common in the software engineering literature. One of the important strengths of Hackystat is that it enables us to actually attempt to validate our proposed metrics. Cheers, Philip
