This is a failure in hackyInstaller. It somehow seems tied to this
configuration (which is one without any sensor installers). Other
configurations are building successfully.
Austen, Julie: could you build hackystat locally using the set of modules
defined for hackystat-JPL and see if you can reproduce this? (Do an 'ant -q
freshStart junitAll after commenting out all of the <module>.available
properties except for the ones in hackystat-JPL).
Please send email with your findings.
