Hey Guys,

Ok, I finished updating StackyHack with doxygen. Its pretty cool, hopefully Mike can suggest some configuration improvements.

Additions:
- stackyHacky\lib\ant\ant_doxygen.jar (this is an ant task that executes doxygen. would need to execute ant updateAntLib before executing the doxygen target) - stackyHacky\lib\doxygen\doxygen.cfg (modeled after checkstyle, because checkstyle also has a config file. this config file for doxygen is adapted from mike's config file used in his truss stuff.)

Updates:
- added doxygen target in build.xml (modeled after dependency finder, because dependency finder is also installed separately)

Deletions:
- stackyHacky\.project~ (bogus file)
- stackyHacky\.build.xml~ (bogus file)
- stackyHacky\.README.html~ (bogus file)

Try it out and please let me know if these changes cause problems.

thanks, aaron

I like that one.

Let me know which you prefer and I can start to add it into an initial module like stackyHacky.. BTW, stackyHack has a broken build sensor, do you can't even build the
system.. I can fix that too, later on.

That would be great!

Cheers,
Philip
