Hmm. This is the same hackyInstaller error regarding a timestamp check
that was diagnosed several days back.

Julie/James/Austen: have you already fixed this, or did you just forget?
Please let me know. If you've already fixed it, then something's not
configured right on hackydev for updating hackyinstaller.
