I have found why the build is failing. The installer.build.xml file has
a property that has a different name from what we originally had.

Hmm, this is an error with the testIsEnabled unit test for the Build
sensor. I'm not sure what my documentation edits would have done to
create this, and won't be able to get to my computer for a couple of
days. Julie/Austen, could you take a whirl at investigataing this if
you have time?
