[HACKYSTAT-DEV-L] Cruisecontrol running for testing purposes

Hi,

I changed cruisecontrol scripts in an attempt to reduce the number of 
files produced during the build process.

I am testing it now with HPC cofiguration. Please don't be alarmed if 
build fails. Build results in not my current concern, I am interested in 
finding out whether my change broke cruisecontrol or not.

The tests should be over before 4:00pm HST.
