Get rid of jira report should be simple: just get rid of those xml files

That's true. I'll take a look at it when I start redesigning the build.xml
(2) Jira report section is pretty useless. It will get longer and longer,
because it lists all issues, open and closed. Can we just delete the jira
xml files after issue metrics are sent in our build.xml?
