Yeah, you use one action to checkin multiple projects (Ctrl+click,
then right click), but each project goes in in its own commit.  You
lose atomicity, which is one of the whole points of Subversion.

Agreed.  My main use of Subclipse is refactoring and minor commits (a
file or two), and TortoiseSVN is definitely much better.
