Hi, folks,

I am glad to announce the new release of Jupiter 3.1.0. Officially I will maintain Jupiter and solve the upgrade compatibility issues with Jupiter and its conjunction with Hackystat. From now on the Jupiter version will follow Eclipse version convention. The up to date release is 3.1.0, which means we tested is against Eclipse 3.1.0 but very likely it works with previous Eclipse release as well. We encourage developer to upgrade
Eclipse to the most recent stable release.

Jupiter home page is modified and it is still hosted in Collaborative Software Engineering
laboratory in University of Hawaii. http://csdl.ics.hawaii.edu/Tools/Jupiter/

The latest Jupiter can be acquired via Eclipse Update Manager from site http://csdl.ics.hawaii.edu/Tools/Jupiter/Update3/
People who like the legacy Jupiter versions still can get them
from site http://csdl.ics.hawaii.edu/Tools/Jupiter/Update and http://csdl.ics.hawaii.edu/Tools/Jupiter/Update2.

The major enhancement in this release is the Jupiter OSGI bundle compatibility in Eclipse 3.x. The bundle manifest file is provided to export Jupiter to other plugins.

Cheers,
Hongbing
