I've seen JBlanket error out like that sometimes when the test case
fails. However, I just checked the Junit report and it seems as though
the two tests in that TestHostKeyButtonPanel passed. It's odd that it
only happened with one configuration. I checked the file
c:\temp\jb\COVER-org.hackystat.kernel.installer.view.swing.main.TestHostKey
ButtonPanel.xml
on hackydev and it appears to be blank but all the other xml files seem
to be ok. I'll keep looking.

The error is related to JBlanket and hackyInstaller:
csdl.jblanket.JBlanketException: Unable to read file

ButtonPanel.xml
I believe we've gotten this before and it was something to do with
hackyInstaller.
Julie, Austen?

p.s. If you could reply with your hypothesis/explanation for why this
is happening, that would be great. I'm curious.
