I can see the light at the end of the tunnel! I've just spent a while cleaning up the
Jira issue list, and have made a couple of new public filters in Jira:
7.0 Unresolved Issues:

I've also made another filter with the 7.1 issues, the stuff we'll defer until after the
7.0 release:

Here's a tentative timeframe:
- Wednesday, 11/23: First release of 7.0 on public server.
(This depends on Hongbing getting the dist target implemented; that's _way_ more work
than anticipated!)
- Monday, 11/28: All 7.0 Jira issues resolved, final testing
- Wednesday, 11/30: 7.0.1130 stable release.
