[HACKYSTAT-DEV-L] Added checkstyle sensor to Hackystat

Checkstyle sensor should now run when Hackystat is built with 
checkstyle.failOnViolation=false.  You can use HackyInstaller to get the 
checkstyle sensor from the public server.
