[HACKYSTAT-DEV-L] Bringing down Jira service for next half-hour (12:30pm-1:00pm)

FYI,

Jira will be down for the next half hour (likely less), as I am cleaning 
up the many JDKs on HackyDev in order to centralize them and remove 
redundancy.

I'll update when Jira is up again (this will not affect HackyDev website 
or CruiseControl)
