[HACKYSTAT-DEV-L] CodeIssue SDT evolved

Hi all,
I think I have evolved the CodeIssue SDT.  Here are the changes:
CodeIssue SDT:
- runtime --> runTime
- fileName --> file
Should I change the method getRuntime to getRunTime?  I think Cedric is 
using getRuntime and it makes me nervous to change it...

Checkstyle, FindBugs, and PMD sensors have all been updated to use a 
pMap and the new attributes above.

This is all in branches/HACK-629.
