Chapter 12, Writing Documentation, is now available at:

This explains how to develop docbook-style documentation for inclusion in the Hackystat
User, Administrator, Developer, and/or Reference guides.
I am particularly pleased to get this chapter finished, because now it is possible for
more people to get involved in writing documentation! :-)

p.s. I discovered this morning one potential reason why the public server can sometimes
be slow to respond. It turns out that the virus detector runs daily, and it was
configured to use up to 100% of the CPU resources! I've cranked down that setting to a
more reasonable number.
