[HACKYSTAT-DEV-L] Hackystat DocBook about Sensors

Hey Guys,

I started to use SCLC and wanted to start to use the Hackystat 
sensor.  So, I opened up HackyInstaller and couldn't find a sensor 
for SCLC.  (Yes, I know that SCLC uses the XmlData sensor. But, it 
must have slipped my mind.)  So, I figured that the SCLC sensor 
didn't make it into my Hackystat UH distribution.  So, I went to the 
Hackystat DocBook. Again, I forgot about SCLC using XmlData and 
couldn't find the SCLC sensor.

The moral of the story is that maybe the DocBook needs a little 
improvement to show what tools are supported.  Especially when 
XmlData supports more tools.

If it can be confusing for me, then it will probably be confusing to 
new Hackystat users.
