[HACKYSTAT-DEV-L] What's the algorithm determine line color and axis order in multi-axis chart

Hi, Hongbing,

After my recent change to telemetry infrastructure, the chart generated 
looks slightly different.

It seems that the order of vertical axises in a multi-axis chart does 
not follow any rules, neither alphabetically nor according to the 
sequence subcharts are defined.

Could you tell me the rule behind it?
