I'd like to start looking forward toward the 7.4 stable release. According to
the telemetry, it looks like we're 4-5 weeks away (somewhere around the end of
May). To get there, we need to close the remaining Jira issues. Currently, the
number of open issues per developer looks like this:
5 Hongbing
3 Julie
7 Mike
5 Philip
6 Cedric

26 Total
Please take a look at your issues and (a) close them if they've already been
finished, or (b) send me email if you think you won't be able to finish them
off in the next four weeks.
