OK, this was my bad, and the error message is pretty funny, because this 
failure (as well as the one in hackystat-standard) is due to a failure in 
hackyApp_Cgqm even though that module is not even part of those configurations! 

I first suspected that hackyApp_Cgqm got mad at us and decided to haunt other 
configurations.  Then I woke up, and realized what the problem was: I had added 
an explicit definition of hackyApp_Cgqm.findbugs to its local.build.xml file 
yesterday by _copying_ the explicit definition of hackyCore_Telemetry.findbugs. 
 Well, as you can probably guess by now, I forgot to edit the 
"if=hackyCore_Telemetry.available" attribute, leading to that task being 
executed in any configuration containing hackyCore_Telemetry.

I've just committed the fix.
