Greetings, all,

At some point in the development of the SCLC XML output subsystem, I made the
bogus suggestion that the "totalLines" value not include blank lines (I think,
maybe, for consistency with LOCC.)

As I've been working through the StackyHack/FileMetrics issues, I've realized
the error of my ways. It is quite confusing, to say the least, for SCLC to
report one value for totalLines on the command line output, and then when you
see the same data in Hackystat, the totalLines value is totally different (i.e.
less, because the blank lines are no longer included.)

So, I've just committed a change to the SCLC perl code so that when generating
the XML output, the totalLines attribute will be the same as the total lines
value reported on the command line.

Julie is working on other 2.4 issues with SCLC. If possible, it would be nice
to have the 2.4 release of SCLC available when I send out the release
announcement about Hackystat 7.4.

Cheers,
Philip
