Sorry for the jira spam. I was cleaning out old bugs, things that had
been fixed in the 0.1 release but never closed. The next version of
Jira will let one turn off notifications for bulk changes like this.
Right now you need to (quickly) turn them off for the whole project,
make the bulk change, then turn notifications back on. I forgot to do
that. Again, sorry!
