Fix For: 0.3.1
When you start the servers with an old configuration directory without the
properties files, you get messages about:
log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger
(org.apache.hadoop.conf.Configuration).
log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.
The problem is that the property files are not included in the jar file.
