junit with pure-Java hadoopStreaming combiner
remove CRLF in some files
When this is committed, the hadoopStreaming tests should be pure-Java.
This implies that hadoopStreaming can safely be built nightly without plaftorm
dependencies.
After I check that this is the case I will update the build.xml in this issue:
