if the jobinit thread gets killed the jobtracker keeps running without doing
anything.

The jobtracker failed with OutOfMemory while uinjarring the jar file and this
kileld the jobinit thread. The Jobtracker still kept running while doing
nothing though accepting job submissions, but the jobs just sat in the queue.
