Not automatically. Currently I get an email if it fails. This
allows me to look into any number of reason that the patch or process
may have failed. If the failure seems legitimate, I will manually
add a -1 comment to JIRA.
Also, the process now picks up the last attachment on the bug (before
it was the last .patch attachment).
