Store creation date for the files produced by Map Reduce

Being able to know when a file has been created it very useful.
While full support of files dates in DFS is a big task and does not seem to be
going to happen soon, it still would be good to intorduce a partial solution
for Map Reduce.
Why don't we put the date into the file names?
Instead of
part-00000
the name would be
part-00000-07-01-08-11:35:20
or something like this.
This may make life so much easier....
