Attachment: FSStateTransitionApr03.patch
Multiple patches have been committed that substantially improved junit tests.
With those patches the upgrade tests now run for about 3 minutes total, so
"Nightly" target is no longer necessary.
Sleeps in MiniDFSCluster or upgrade unit tests are not required any more.
