I've run Findbugs static analysis (http://findbugs.sourceforge.net/)
on the 0.13 branch of Hadoop. It indicated 385 issues.
Of those, 27 of them looked like they could be blockers. I've
submitted them as such, and Owen and Dhruba will review them and
reassess their priority and release assignment.
On another note, I think we should integrate findbugs into our
nightly test runs at http://lucene.zones.apache.org:8080/hudson/job/
Hadoop-Nightly/. I'll file a Jira (because you haven't got enough
email from me today ;-) )
