Next patch with some of doug's suggestions implemented. I finally broke down
and had FileStatus and Permissions extend PosixConstants. So shared
functionality is stored there. This does preclude any other implementations of
the posix standard from existing, but i think that the code reuse is what you
want. I will probably change PosixConstants to PosixStandard to clear up
confusion. Permissions can become DFSPermissions, but it's not a big deal.
Likewise some javadocs have been cleaned up. That process will continue
tomorrow.
