Two new patchs (one is a full patch that includes some parts of
[HADOOP-1701|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HADOOP-1701], the other only
contains changes related to this issue (requires HADOOP-1701 to be applied
before)):
- updated to new trunk
- as files are now visible as soon as create returns, subsequent operations
(addBlock, abandonFile/BlockInProgress) now check for write permission
All JUnit tests pass.
