Version that applies against TRUNK (HBaseShell.jj changed over the weekend in a
path that broke v3 of this patch).
Otherwise Inchol, the patch looks good but incomplete. For example, you have
not changed the help in line with new additions/changes. Is your tactic
adding a patch per piece of implementation? (If so, please add a description of
what each patch adds beyond the previous -- helps when reading the patch).
