0.14 should be smart enough to upgrade from 0.10
I tested upgrade from 0.11 to 0.14 on a smalll cluster though.
10 to 14 should not be any different.
So far there is no upgrade path story. Everything is pretty generic.
In theory you should be able to upgrade from 0.1 straight to 0.14,
but I don't have file system samples of that particular age.

Great stuff ...biggest question left though is - what is the upgrade
path? 0.10 -> 0.13 -> 0.14 ?
Does one have to do an incremental (version-by-version) upgrade? Or
would 0.14 be smart enough to upgrade from 0.10?
