I used to use the total order as a guide to debugging, but with the segregated
sections it doesn't feel very useful. On the other hand, scanning for
particular bug numbers is still pretty useful and much easier if they are
sorted on jira id. That said, I'm certainly not insistent. I think it would
look nicer and be a little easier to use, but I was curious what others thought.
