I forgot to extend Writable inteface for Local FileStatus.
ShellCommand does not have an interface to get to return code. I think it will
be a useful feature to have. We can throw a subclass of IOException.

yes. Currently listStatus does not use an external command, just File.list().
Currently only '-ls' actually looks at these properties for LocalFS. If we find
more places, we can add optimizations.
