To ease experimentation with Hadoop, this would allow an Eclipse user to start
Hadoop from the Eclipse plug-in. One way to do this is to start Hadoop inside
Eclipse; Hadoop will then be packaged as an OSGi bundle and run inside an OSGi
container (see HADOOP-1844).
