Fix For: 0.16.0
We need a user guide for DFS on the lines of
http://lucene.apache.org/hadoop/docs/r0.15.1/mapred_tutorial.html . This could
be the starting point for new users.
Though this is marked for 0.16, I think it could go in even after feature
freeze date.
