I'd like to change an classes/package name from Shell to HQL.

* shell package -> hql package
* Add a HQLClient.java
* Add a shell package and new hbase shell feature.

The Hbase Shell prompt provide the HQL query language.
Also, The HQL query can be used as describe below:

HQLClient hql = HQLClient(new HBaseConfiguration(), MASTER_ADDRESS, PORT);
ResultSet rs = hql.executeQuery("SELECT * from table");
