Simple doc for job configuration XML

I went through the code JobConf.java and extracted most of the  
configuration parameters that can be used in a Job configuration  
file. I was just making sure I understood everything, but this list  
may come in handy for others. (Plus it would be great to find out if  
I missed something.)

I'm attaching the list as an html file.
