You have a green light for rewriting the HTML.
Please use CSS whenever possible for styling.
While you're at it, it would be nice if you make an HTML version of this
form where I can fill in the fields from a CGI script:

The goal is to make a printable form as the result page of the
registration script, to save time filling in those forms at the linux day.
