I don't remeber agreeing on the subject either. However, I think the best language for slides is the language the lecturer feels most comfortable writing in, bearing in mind that the slides need to be talked about. If you need to translate what you wrote back to Hebrew, it would be a problem writing in English. If you intend touse English terms, there is nothing wrong with writing in English.
