Hi Yehuda,
I do not know if it was part of the installation in the Linux Day, but I
can offer you to check if it is installed:

The command:

which kdevelop

will tell you what runs when you ask for kedevelop, it it is in your path.

you can tel what your path is with

echo $path

you can look for things in the "regular directories" in your computer,
even if they are not on your path, like that:

locate kdevelop

If the last thing has made you discover you do not have kdevelop, you can
search for the rpm, (Red Had Package, don't know what the M stands for),
on the

rpmfind

site.

If you failed to find it so far, (or you may even do this operation before
the rpm stage), you try

google

Google may find you questions already asked on mailing lists, something
like "I can't do this and that", or "can't find an rpm for XXX". In short,
there is a great chance that many people have alread answered your
question, and you will find an immediate link from there to your answer-
you will not need to wait for a person to type it in.

This is something of what is called "the Linux way".

I hope this helps.

Orna.
