You may wish to add Live HTTP Header mozilla extension
http://livehttpheaders.mozdev.org/
to this list. I found it highly usefull to sort out obscure protocols over
HTTPS.
Be warned that its installation process is less than perfect.
Hmm, I see now that there's a new version 0.8 available. Maybe it is already
fixed - I don't know.
