Hi,

Indeed unzip exists under cygwin, but it is not installed by default. IIIRC when you run the setup, you can choose to see all the packages sorted alphabetically. Then you check the unzip package (it is not checked by default).

cygwin's web site. their installer allows you to choose which packages
exactly to download and install - invoke it and search if it has the
relevant package ('zip', i presume).
