Hi,

Computational Biology Lab in the Technion is looking for a student in CS
(half-time position - 60-80 hours monthly) to develop and maintain a
framework for providing Web interfaces to  applications in bioinformatics,
developed by the graduate students in the Lab.
This will include not only the development of the frontend ( Web pages +
CGI/PHP), but also the backend which will interface Condor and MOSIX
systems and run  web-originated tasks on a cluster through them.

Main requirements.
Technical:
+Basic LINUX administration + HTML+Perl (knowledge of web technologies, e.g.
AJAX and some experience  - advantage)+
+Communication skills
Administrative:
Potential to stay at this work for at least one year.

Best for undergraduate students of CS/EE/IE in their 2-3rd year, considering
to continue to graduate studies.
