A command line client for chunkd, chcli, was just committed. It offers the ability to GET (dumps to stdout) and PUT (input from cmd line arg).
Also, some quick searching revealed a command line tool for S3 (and thus tabled), "s3cmd": http://s3tools.org/s3cmd
