If we remove 'reduce phase', I guess we can reduce the disk I/O operations.
In the map, read { Constants.BLOCK_STARTROW, Constants.BLOCK_ENDROW,
Constants.BLOCK_STARTCOLUMN, Constants.BLOCK_ENDCOLUMN } instead of {
Constants.COLUMN }, and write directly blocks.
