Current shell script for the bsp daemon have several bugs and problems.
1. stop-all.sh script doesn't work.
2. the script 'hama' needs additional parameters like start and stop. Their
semantic is different from ones of hadoop. It is better to unify semantics.
3. they has some remnants of hadoop since they are borrowed from hadoop
scripts.
