This test units firstly should initialize and start up one BSPMaster and
several threads, each of which includes GroomServer instance.
Then, it should check the following test cases:
* A test for GroomServer to initialize local storage dirs
* A test for BSPMaster to initialize the system dir of bspd
* A test for BSPMaster to receive correctly heartbeat messages transmitted
from GroomServer threads.
